Why we choose Ultra Mobile over Simple Mobile?

Why our store steers new customers and port-ins to Ultra Mobile over Simple Mobile: it comes down to customer service and dealer support.

The question of why we choose Ultra Mobile over Simple Mobile is easy to answer: customer service and dealer support.

Many times when customers come in and ask us for new service, or want to port their number over to another carrier, we tend to guide them toward Ultra Mobile over any other carrier, and the reason is simple: everything runs smoothly with Ultra Mobile.

Yes, there will be occasional hiccups when porting a number over (that happens with any carrier), but what makes it easy for us is the support from Ultra Mobile and our master dealer, SIMpro. If anything goes wrong, they are willing to help ASAP. I can chat with my master dealer at any time of the day and they are willing to help, anytime. I can chat with Ultra Mobile and they are willing to help.

This kind of support doesn’t come when you’re dealing with Simple Mobile. Everything is difficult most of the time, and the reps seem like they’re just there to get paid and nothing else. Yes, once in a while you’ll get an amazing rep, but that’s only once in a while, and sometimes you don’t have the time to count on that “once in a while”. When you’re dealing with customers, you want to help them as fast as possible and get the situation resolved as quickly as possible. That’s hard with the support at Simple Mobile, especially these days while they are migrating over to the Verizon network.

So when it comes to choosing one or the other, we can easily say that we choose ULTRA MOBILE. Everything runs smoothly, and the teams behind Ultra Mobile and SIMpro are amazing. You cannot have a better combination than these 2 companies.

At Pioneer Mobile, we are proud to be working with Ultra Mobile, and if you are looking for a carrier that cares about you, the customer, choose Ultra Mobile.
