Your phone must be unlocked and compatible with the Verizon network. Many phones bought from other carriers are, but not all. Check on Verizon’s bring-your-own-device page or send us your IMEI.

Yes, in most cases. Keep your current line active until the transfer completes, and have your account number and number transfer PIN ready. For your security we never ask for your account PIN or number transfer PIN over WhatsApp, text, email or chat: you enter it only in our secure port-in form.

If your phone supports eSIM, it’s the quickest way to get going. Otherwise a physical SIM works just as well on the same network.
