How to get a Lyca Mobile SIM

Bring your phone to 71 Mt. Vernon Place, Newark, NJ 07106 (Mon–Sat 8am–7pm, Sun Closed). We check it, activate your Lyca Mobile line in your name and set it up while you wait.

Lyca Mobile runs on the T-Mobile network, so you get T-Mobile coverage in most places. Prepaid lines may be slowed before postpaid ones at very busy times. Check the coverage map for your address before you order.

Lyca runs on the T-Mobile network, so your phone needs to be unlocked and compatible with T-Mobile. Send us your IMEI and we’ll check before you buy.

Yes, while your current line is still active. You’ll need your account number and number transfer PIN from your current carrier. For your security we never ask for your account PIN or number transfer PIN over WhatsApp, text, email or chat: you enter it only in our secure port-in form.

Yes, in store. Online Lyca payments aren’t available on our site yet; message us on WhatsApp if you need help paying remotely.
