H2O Wireless runs on the AT&T network, so you get AT&T coverage in most places. Prepaid lines may be slowed before postpaid ones at very busy times. Check the coverage map for your address before you order.

Your phone must be unlocked and work on the AT&T network; for eSIM it also needs to be eSIM-capable. Dial *#06# to see your IMEI.

PAYGO (pay as you go) adds credit to your line instead of paying a fixed monthly plan. The $15 PAYGO refill on our site lasts 90 days, with talk and text at 5¢, data at 10¢ per MB and picture messages at 10¢ each. Rates can change, so check with us if you’re unsure.
If your phone supports eSIM, an eSIM is the fastest option: we send a QR code by email and WhatsApp and there’s nothing to ship. Otherwise choose a physical SIM, which we mail to you. Either way the phone must be unlocked and compatible with the AT&T network.
